IRCTC call centre experience

I called Irctc's customer support call center today. And boy, what an experience it was!!! I am used to the excessively oily and polite talk of call center representatives in private sector and the callous indifference of is a rude shock. Don't get me wrong. The guy ultimately provided the support I needed. But the style of talking was appalling. Far from feeling that I,the customer, is a king, I felt like dirt. Irctc has to move light years in its service standards.
